Do not send unsolicited direct messages. Respect personal boundaries. If you cannot attend after registering, inform the admins as early as possible so your spot can be offered to another member. Advertising, self-promotion, or promoting external events requires prior admin approval. Admin decisions on community conduct and membership are final. RBGC has a zero-tolerance policy for serious violations. Members may be removed without prior warning. Help keep RBGC welcoming and enjoyable. Respect the venue, the games, and fellow members.
